OWNER: Don Hall

The River Pines Subdivision contains 83 upscale lots along the Eau Claire River in Weston, Wisconsin, with unique houses ranging from approximately $180,000 to $425,000.

MTS designed and completed plans for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, street construction and storm water management.


SANDY MEADOW SUBDIVISION - Village of Weston, WI.

OWNER: Forrest Tappe Builders, Inc.

DESCRIPTION: When completed, Sandy Meadow will have approximately 400 lots. This subdivision in Weston, Wisconsin, is comprised exclusively of Forrest Tappe Builders floor plans ranging from $120,000 to $250,000.

For this project, MTS designed and completed plans for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, street construction and storm water management.


EAGLE VALLEY SUBDIVISION - CITY OF WAUSAU, WI:

OWNER: Orion Development LLC

Eagle Valley is a 44-lot upscale subdivision on the northeast side of Wausau, Wisconsin.

MTS designed and completed plans for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, street construction and storm water management.


 

DAKOTA CITGO STATION - VILLAGE OF WESTON, WI:

OWNER: Dakota Land Co., LLC

DESCRIPTION: MTS designed the site grading and storm water plans, in addition to completing the storm water management study.


Vistas at Greenwood Hills – City of Wausau

OWNER: Green Acres at Greenwood Hills, LLC

DESCRIPTION: This residential/condo subdivision abuts the beautiful Greenwood Hills Country Club. Plans include a walking/cart path for residents to travel around the development as well as giving access to the golf course.

For this project, MTS designed and completed plans for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, street construction and storm water management.

Renaissance Assisted Living Facility – Village of Weston

OWNER: Rennes Group

DESCRIPTION: This  project calls for the building of a modern facility for older residents still desiring a large degree of independence. Along with the site plan there was extensive consideration given to esthetics and the Village landscaping criteria.

For this project, MTS designed and completed plans for site grading, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, street construction, landscaping and storm water management.


 Valdres Springs – Village of Weston

OWNER:

DESCRIPTION: This commercial development area in the northeast quadrant of the Hwy 29 and Camp Phillips Road interchange will be a significant part of this fast growing area in the Village.

For this project, MTS designed and completed plans for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, street construction and storm water management.


 Tower Woods – Village of Kronenwetter

OWNER: Alliance Holdings, LLC

DESCRIPTION: This 84 lot residential area is being carved out of a mature pine plantation. The desire to maintain trees and other natural features guided our design criteria.

For this project, MTS designed and completed plans for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, street construction and storm water management.
